NSOHelpline.com is an online website where you can order your NSO (birth certificate, marriage certificate, death certificate and cenomar), pay it using Bancnet, Metrobank or at Bayad Center and deliver it straight to your doorstep.
Step on ordering your NSO birth certificate:
1. Go to https://nsohelpline.com/
2. Click the “Order Now” button
3. Select and click “Birth Certificate”
4. The next page will asked you “Why you need Birth Certificate?”, on my situation, I choose “Others” then I wrote “For Identification Purposes”. Then click the Submit button
5. If you previously applied for NSO birth certificate click “YES”, if it’s your first time click “NO”.
6. If you choose “YES”, the site will asked you “Were you able to get your birth certificate?” If yes click “YES”, else “NO”.
7. You will now redirected to “Birth Certification Application Form”, just complete and fill up this form then click Next.
8. The next page will asked you, if you have legal proceeding about your Birth Certificate, on my situation I choose “None”
9. The page will asked you now, who will receive the birth certificate when delivered in your doorstep. Fill up this form with your/his/her full name.
10. The next step will asked you to fill up the “Delivery information”. Fill up this with your updated delivery address, phone and emails then click “Continue”, you will now asked to print an “Authorization Letter” in case the receiver is not around when the certificate is delivered.
So we are now done in ordering your NSO birth certificate, the next step is paying your order worth “PHP 350”. My only problem here is they don’t accept PayPal payment, so the only option I can do is paying it on Metro Bank, Bancnet ATM or at Bayad Center.
